REFUNDS
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on any Abayas
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal reasons.
- A refund or an exchange will only be issued if the item is proven to be faulty or defective due to a manufacturing error on our part.
- Clear photos of the defect must be provided for review before approval.
- You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Please ensure you select the correct size and colour before purchasing, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you need help with sizing, feel free to contact us for further assistance
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been altered or damaged after purchase.
- Any items reported as damaged more than 5 working days after being in your possession will not be eligible for a return, exchange or a refund.
- Abayas may carry a light perfume scent due to storage and handling. The presence of a perfume fragrance does not indicate that the item has been worn.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
